Terms for re-selling your pre-loved crystal singing bowls
Have an I Know This Girl crystal binging bowl you’re ready to pass on? Our Pre-Loved Scheme gives it the chance to find a new home.
Here are the key things to know before submitting.
Eligibility

Only crystal singing bowls originally purchased from IKTG are eligible. You’ll need to provide details, photos and information about the bowl’s condition.

Submitting a bowl doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We assess every bowl before listing it.
Getting your Bowl to Us
If accepted for inspection, you’re responsible for the cost of shipping your bowl to our Stroud showroom.
Please package it securely and use a reputable, tracked and insured courier suitable for fragile items. The bowl remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
IKTG is happy to advise on the best packaging and shipping method.
If it arrives damaged or unusable due to inadequate packaging or an unsuitable courier, IKTG isn’t responsible and may refuse the bowl. If a bowl is significantly damaged or materially different from the photos or details provided, it may also be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Pricing & payment
Pre-loved bowls are sold at 20% off or more, depending on the condition of the bowl, below the current retail price as agreed in writing with you before listing.
If your bowl sells, you’ll receive 50% of the final sale price, with IKTG receiving the remaining 50%.
Payment is made within 14 working days of receiving cleared payment from the buyer, via UK bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal.
There is no payment for unsold bowls.
If your bowl doesn’t sell
If your bowl remains unsold after 18 months, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps. Due to limited showroom space, unsold bowls will generally be returned to you.
You can also choose to extend the selling period, agree to a higher discount to help the bowl sell, or donate your bowl.
If you donate your bowl, there is no financial exchange between you and IKTG.
Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.
Acceptance & waitlist
We may refuse a bowl due to condition, authenticity, a change to the original sound quality, inaccurate information, showroom capacity or because we already have the same or a similar bowl currently active in the Scheme. In this case, you may be placed on a waitlist.
Our responsibility
Once your bowl has safely arrived, we’ll take reasonable care of it while it is in our possession.
If the bowl is damaged directly as a result of IKTG’s negligence while in our care, we’ll honour compensation based on the expected sale price, according to how long the bowl has been in our showroom:

Up to 3 months: 40% of the expected sale price

More than 3 months and up to 6 months: 30% of the expected sale price

12 months or more: 20% of the expected sale price
By submitting your bowl, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
Terms for purchasing a pre-loved crystal singing bowl
Thank you for choosing a pre-loved crystal singing bowl from I Know This Girl. Each bowl is unique and has been carefully assessed by our team before being offered a new home.
About Your Bowl
All pre-loved bowls have been previously owned. Before being listed, each one is:

Structurally assessed and sound tested

Carefully reviewed and approved by I Know This Girl
Any known signs of use, cosmetic imperfections or unique characteristics will be noted in the product description and condition grade. These relate to appearance and do not indicate reduced sound quality or performance.
Choosing Your Bowl
Pre-loved bowls are available through our Stroud showroom. We encourage you to book a consultation to see and play your chosen bowl in person before purchasing, as every bowl has its own individual character.
Pricing & Payment
Each bowl is individually priced based on its condition, age and current retail value. Full payment is required before ownership transfers to you.
Returns & Refunds
As each pre-loved bowl is unique and individually priced, all sales are final. We don't accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds or exchanges for cosmetic characteristics that have been clearly disclosed in the listing.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your bowl is faulty or not as described, your legal consumer rights still apply.
Collection & Delivery
For showroom collections, responsibility for the bowl passes to you once collection is complete.
If your bowl is being delivered, we will package it carefully for transport. If it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you with the appropriate courier claim.
