shipping & packaging

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

All items are carefully wrapped and we use Eco-Friendly packaging. Occasionally we use used bubble wrap or foam to keep your items safe, however please note; this is REUSED packaging that we've received from deliveries. The rest of the packaging we use is recycled or eco-friendly. We do not buy plastic packaging. 

SHIPPING

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. All orders are sent via recorded delivery.  Delivery fees are based on weight and appear in your shopping cart clearly once your item/s have been added. We offer free shipping within the UK for orders over £70. Please note since Northern Ireland now charges a higher shipping fees free shipping will be offered for orders over £150 and customs fees may apply.

On very rare occasions we may experience issues with shipping companies like loss or damage. Please notify us via email if you do not receive your package on time or it has arrived with a fault. We will raise a case with the courier company to find out the issue. If the package does not make it to you and the courier can confirm this in writing we will issue a refund for the product/s purchased.

If your order arrives broken or damaged please submit photos and /or video evidence within 2 days of arrival. In this instance we will send a replacement or refund if the item/s are no longer in stock.

When you make a purchase you are responsible 

for providing the correct information such as, your contact details and shipping address. If any incorrect shipping information is provided, we cannot be held liable if the order does not reach you. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when purchasing an item.

 

I Know This Girl reserves the right cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over £1,000.

If you’d like to purchase an item and can’t see your country on our delivery list, feel free to contact us with the details of what you’d like to order and your shipping address and we’ll look into the best delivery options and provide a shipping quote for you. 

Please note each country has their own duties and taxes, so International / EU customers are responsible for paying any taxes and additional charges, such as handling fees and customs fees, upon receiving your order.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country (usually between 20-30%), so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. 

If you refuse to accept your delivery for any reason, then it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Presuming the item/s is in the same condition we will issue a full refund. Return shipping costs and any fees must be paid for by the customer in this scenario.

If you are London based (or travelling through) and would like to save on shipping and collect your product please contact us and we'll send you our collection address in Leyton, London.

return & exchange policy

 

We are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of your new product, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you’re welcome to return it. All items are required to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. 

To request a refund or an exchange please contact us and we will send you a returns form which will include our returns address.

Please ensure the product is undamaged and in the original packaging and return to us by insured and tracked delivery to cover liability in case the item is not received.  You will be required to pay the return postage fee.

Once we’ve received the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is not damaged and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Presuming the item/s is in the same condition we will issue a full refund.

We will issue the refund to the bank card that was used to make the original purchase.
