event, workshop & retreat terms

WORKSHOP / EVENTS POLICY

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the start of the event to receive a full refund (less any ticketing website fees, such as TicketTailor/ Eventbrite, if you have been charged a transaction/ service fee).
Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the event will receive a 50% refund (less any ticketing website fees, such as TicketTailor, if you have been charged a transaction/ service fee).
Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice of the start of the event will not receive a refund.

These terms are laid out to try to give us ample time to fill the space if you’re not able to attend.

You are also welcome to transfer your ticket/ space over to a friend/ relative if they are able to attend in place of yourself and there will be no charge for this.

We will issue any refunds to the bank card that was used to make the original booking or via the ticketing platform that was used to make the original booking.

Unfortunately, no refunds available for tickets purchased for our events hosted at Alexandra Palace. These events are hosted via Alexandra Palace and follow their terms and conditions.

RETREAT POLICY

Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the start of the retreat and you will receive a full refund (less any ticketing website fees, such as TicketTailor/ Eventbrite, if you have been charged a transaction/ service fee).
Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the programme will receive a 50% refund (less any ticketing website fees, such as Eventbrite, if you have been charged a transaction/ service fee).
Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the programme will not receive a refund.

LATENESS

Please be ready to start the class/workshop/course/ retreat at least 5 minutes before the start time.

Entry to all classes/workshops/courses/retreats will be closed 10 minutes after start time in order to avoid disturbing the other attendees.

HEALTH & INJURIES

We ask you disclose any injuries or health conditions that might be affected during the session,

you may be required to fill out a Physical Readiness Questionnaire prior to the start of the programme/ class and contact a health professional if you have any concerns about part-taking in any of the activities.
