Ready to experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls firsthand? Our 1.5-hour in-person consultation is designed to help you find the perfect bowl for you and your practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to expand your collection, this session provides expert guidance and a safe space to explore. By coming in person, you can truly connect with my high-quality, hand-picked, and hand-tested bowls. No two bowls are the same, and feeling their unique vibrations is a transformative experience. As your guide, with eight years of dedicated experience, I'll provide a personalised consultation that helps you select an instrument that truly resonates. You'll walk away with a real understanding of what you've purchased and why, feeling supported and cared for every step of the way. To make the most of our time together, I ask that you listen to the bowl sounds and familiarise yourself with the options in the shop beforehand. Knowing which notes and sounds resonate with you will provide a great starting point for our session. This allows us to focus on what you're most interested in, as we won't have time to try every single bowl. The consultation fee is £60, which will be deducted from your purchase if you buy a bowl, making your session free when you find your perfect match. Please Note: This consultation is focused on helping you find and choose the right bowls. It does not include teaching playing techniques or detailed information on notes and sizes. And if you'd like to dive deeper into the notes and playing techniques, we can set up a separate Sound Healing Foundation workshop. Cancellation Policy
A Few Friendly Bits About Booking: I understand that life can get busy, so I've created a simple policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone. My main goal is to be flexible while also honouring the time and care I put into each session. Booking and Confirmation: All bookings are made and confirmed online. Once you've paid, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. It's a good idea to double-check everything, as last-minute changes can be tricky. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to offer the slot to someone else. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may have a small £15 fee. Cancellations and Refunds: > 72+ hours' notice: You'll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost. > 48-72 hours' notice: You'll receive a 50% refund, or we can reschedule your session. > Less than 48 hours' notice: Unfortunately, no refunds are offered for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If you're running late, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate you, but I may have to end the session at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. If you miss your appointment without letting me know, a refund or reschedule won't be possible. Group Bookings: For group sessions, all members must be confirmed and paid for at the time of booking. I can't offer partial refunds for any attendees who are unable to make it. Health & Safety: Your wellbeing is my top priority.
