Hands-on Experience: * Master the three most commonly used techniques to play singing bowls. * Plenty of time to practice and build your confidence in creating beautiful sounds. Practical tips: * Expert advice on how to pack, care for, and maintain your bowls to ensure they last a lifetime. Next steps: * Learn about advanced workshops and options for continued learning. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made through the online system and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Please double-check all details, as I cannot guarantee availability for changes made at short notice. 2. Rescheduling I understand that things crop up and life gets busy! If you need to reschedule your session, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of £15. 3. Cancellations - 72+ hours' notice: Full refund or the option to reschedule your session without any fee. - 48-72 hours' notice: 50% refund or the option to reschedule. - Less than 48 hours' notice: Unfortunately, no refunds are offered or the option to reschedule for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. 4. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notifying us, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your session, unfortunately I may not be able to extend the time, and the session will end at the scheduled time to honour other appointments. 6. Group Bookings If booking for a group session, all members of the group must be confirmed and paid for at the time of booking. Group sessions cannot be split or refunded partially if some attendees cannot make it. 7. Health & Safety Please inform me in advance if you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate in the session. My aim is to create a safe, nurturing environment and enjoyable experience for everyone. 8. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of a cancellation request.
