CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@iknowthisgirl.co.uk. We’ll send you a returns form and the address to send your item(s) to.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

We offer payment plans for high-value items, such as crystal singing bowls. To request this option, please email hello@iknowthisgirl.com stating the exact item(s) you are inquiring about. Please be aware of the following terms before making a Payment Plan request:

• A non-refundable holding deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total price is due immediately to reserve your item.

• The remaining balance may be paid in up to two further installments within six (6) months of the deposit date. Payment dates can be agreed and adjusted over email to suit your needs within this six-month window.

• You will receive a single invoice with clear line items outlining your installment plan.

• Your item will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.

• Due to limited storage space and the commitment we make in reserving products for you, cancellations are not permitted at any stage of the payment plan. By entering into a payment plan, you agree to settle the full order price.

• If you do request to cancel your payment plan you will not be entitled to any refunds on payments made up to that point.

• Once the full balance has been paid and your item shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.

Offline payments and in-person cash payments upon collection are also available.

Each note resonates with one of the Seven Chakras of the Human System.

You may find some small imperfections such as bubbles, blemishes, spots or lines on your crystal singing bowl. These do not affect the performance of the bowl and are formed during the firing process. These markings are unique to each bowl.
