We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 2 working days of receiving your order.  All orders are sent via tracked delivery.

We are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of your new product, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, or have changed your mind, you’re welcome to return it.

 

All items are required to be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. 

 

To request a refund please email hello@iknowthisgirl.co.uk and we will send you a returns form which will include our returns address.

 

Please ensure the product is undamaged and in the original packaging and return to us by insured, recorded delivery to cover liability in case the item is not received.  

 

You will be required to pay the return postage fee.

 

Once we’ve received the item, it will be inspected it to ensure it is not damaged and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Presuming the item/s is in the same condition we will issue a full refund (including any original shipping fees you might have paid).

 

We will issue the refund to the bank card that was used to make the original purchase.

Payment plans are available upon request. You will have the option to pay over 3 instalments over a set period of time. The product will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.

 

We also accept offline payments, Paypal and cash upon collection in-person.

Each note resonates with one of the Seven Chakras of the Human System.

You may find some small imperfections such as bubbles, blemishes, spots or lines on your crystal singing bowl. These do not affect the performance of the bowl and are formed during the firing process. These markings are unique to each bowl.
