thinking of attending a sound bath? here's why you need to experience them

Updated: May 1

So you've heard of a sound baths before, but why should try one out for yourself?

So funnily enough, Sound Baths have nothing to do with water, or baths! It's called a Sound Bath because you are bathed in the healing vibrations and sound waves of the sound meditation instruments being played.

Here are my top reasons to try one for yourself:
How Do Crystal Singing Bowls Work?

1) Crystal Singing Bowls and Pyramids activate our parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to rest, digest, restore and repair

2) The sound and frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening down our monkey minds and allowing us to drift into a floaty dreamlike meditative state

3) The frequencies resonate with our chakras / energy centers helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant or stuck energy

4) The sound affects our bodies at a cellular level which helps with cellular repair

5) You may receive insights, realisations or clarity on situations that may have been worrying you

6) Sound Healing has been known to help with pain relief, sleep, stress and anxiety

7) It can help promote feelings of relaxation, peace and harmony

8) A sound bath is a precious time for you to fully relax and surrender to the blissful sounds

9) Sound has been used to promote healing by the ancient Greeks and Egyptians for thousands of years

10) Last but not least, you don’t have to do anything other than lie down and receive! How good does that sound?

Feeing curious to try one out?

I offer monthly events and retreats.

“Sound is like nutrition for the nervous system. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness and relaxation of the mind and body"
