We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Each mug is individually handmade and may show small variations in glaze or shape. These natural details celebrate the craftsmanship and make every piece unique.

Cleaning:
Wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the handmade surface and glaze. Do not put in the dishwasher.

 

Use:
Safe for warm beverages. Allow extremely hot liquids to cool slightly before holding to maintain the mug’s longevity.

 

Keeping & Storage
Handle with care. Store in a dry place, ideally not stacked under heavy items. This helps preserve the shape, glaze, and durability for years of ritual use.
