We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

 

To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@iknowthisgirl.co.uk. We’ll send you a returns form and the address to send your item(s) to.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Each Incense Holder is formed and glazed by hand in Nepal, combining natural materials with clean, intentional design. Built for everyday use, it provides a stable base for incense burning while blending seamlessly into any home or sacred space.

As each dish is handmade, slight differences in tone or texture are part of the artisanal process and do not affect function or quality.

Cleaning:
Gently wipe away ash with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

 

Use:
Suitable for stick and cone incense. Place securely in the dish and never leave burning incense unattended.

 

Keeping & Storage:
Allow the dish to cool fully before handling. The handmade glaze may show natural variation — a sign of its individuality. Avoid stacking under heavy items to prevent damage.
