We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Each dish is handmade from natural clay with a unique speckled design and finished with a smooth, heat-resistant glaze. Designed for everyday ritual use, it allows your Palo Santo or smudge stick to rest safely while burning.

Each dish is handmade and may vary slightly in colour or finish — these natural differences highlight the craftsmanship and make every piece one of a kind.

Cleaning:
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to protect the handmade finish.

Use:
Burn herbs or Palo Santo safely within the dish, ensuring proper ventilation and supervision during use.

Keeping & Storage
Allow the dish to cool fully after burning. Handle mindfully to avoid chips or cracks. Natural speckling and small variations are part of its handcrafted character.
