We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

The Ritual Set includes a selection of handcrafted ritual tools designed to support daily grounding, meditation, and ceremonial practice.
 

Set Includes:

• 1 × Cacao Mug
  Approx. 8.5 cm × 8.5 cm
  Hand-shaped with a soft thumbprint detail for a natural, balanced hold.
• 1 × Incense Dish
  Designed to hold incense sticks safely while catching ash.
• 1 × Palo Santo Smudging Dish
  Created for burning Palo Santo or other sacred woods during cleansing rituals.
• 1 × Mini Incense Pack (12 sticks)

 

Choose from one of the following fragrances:

• Prem – Soft jasmine florals layered with ylang ylang, vanilla and cedar.
• Oudh – Deep, warm agarwood with rich earthy notes.
• Sattva – Woody and floral with gentle fruit, spice, heliotrope and vanilla.
• Ganesh – A rich blend of lavender, rose, rosemary, patchouli and amber.
• Yoga – A grounding sandalwood blend with oakmoss, patchouli and vetiver.                
   

Materials & Craftsmanship:
The Ritual Set brings together traditional craftsmanship from two artisan communities.
 

Ceramics:
Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nepal
Made from natural clay with a glaze finish
Produced using traditional small-batch ceramic techniques

Incense:
Hand-rolled in India using the traditional masala incense method
Made from plant-based ingredients including natural wood powders, resins, petals and oils.

Each fragrance mixture is rolled by hand onto bamboo sticks
Both the ceramic producers in Nepal and the incense makers in India work with Fairtrade-certified suppliers, ensuring ethical production, fair wages, and support for artisan communities.

All packaging is plastic-free or made from recycled materials where possible.

Each item in your Ritual Set is made with natural clay and finished by hand.

 

To care for your collection:

Cacao Mug: Hand wash with mild soap, dry fully. Avoid dishwasher or microwave.

Incense & Smudging Dishes: Allow ashes to cool, wipe clean with a damp cloth, and dry completely before next use.

Store all pieces in a dry environment away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

With mindful handling, each piece will remain strong and beautiful, supporting your daily rituals for years to come.
