We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Each Scent Set includes two handcrafted ceramic vessels and a curated selection of natural incense, designed to bring grounding, focus, and gentle atmosphere to your space. Thoughtfully made for both function and beauty, the pieces support moments of ritual, reflection, or quiet pause throughout the day.

• 1 × Incense Dish (suitable for sticks or cones)
• 1 × Palo Santo Smudging Dish
• 1 x Mini incense pack (12 sticks) in your chosen scent
• 2 × Ethically Sourced Palo Santo sticks
• Plastic-free or recycled packaging

 

Choose from one of the following fragrances:

• Prem – Soft jasmine florals layered with ylang ylang, vanilla and cedar.
• Oudh – Deep, warm agarwood with rich earthy notes.
• Sattva – Woody and floral with gentle fruit, spice, heliotrope and vanilla.
• Ganesh – A rich blend of lavender, rose, rosemary, patchouli and amber.
• Yoga – A grounding sandalwood blend with oakmoss, patchouli and vetiver.

Each dish is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in tone, shape, or glaze are natural and part of the artisanal process, making every set unique in character and feel.

Your Scent Set is designed to support grounding rituals and moments of calm. Each piece is crafted from natural materials and should be handled with care to preserve its quality and longevity. 

 

Burning & Use:
Place incense sticks or palo santo in the dish on a stable, heat-safe surface before lighting. Allow the incense or wood to burn safely and never leave it unattended while lit. Ensure ash falls directly into the dish and keep away from flammable materials.

 

Cleaning:
Wipe the incense and palo santo dishes gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove ash and residue. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools that may damage the surface.

 

Storing Palo Santo:
Store the palo santo sticks in a cool, dry place and allow them to breathe between uses. Natural wood can absorb moisture, so avoid sealed or humid environments.

 

Storing Incense:
Keep incense in its packaging or a dry container to protect it from humidity, which may affect how it burns and its scent.

 

Safety:
Always extinguish incense and palo santo fully after use and allow dishes to cool before handling or storing. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
