We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

This nut cluster is handcrafted from natural Pangi tree nuts, carefully strung to create a durable and responsive percussion instrument. As each piece is handmade, subtle variations in size, shape, and tone make every cluster unique. Lightweight and easy to handle, it’s ideal for meditation, rhythm practice, or intuitive music-making.

Each cluster is one of a kind. Small imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and add to its individual character and charm.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to preserve the natural wood and sound quality. Keep away from heavy objects to avoid breakage.
