Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Crafted from a single natural gourd, this shaker is handmade and decorated with traditional burning and carving. Each gourd has its own unique shape, texture, and tone, making every shaker distinct.
