We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, or have simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Please ensure your return is sent via a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are typically processed within 3 -6 working days of receiving the return.

Spot clean with a mild detergent and cold water. Air dry fully before storing. Avoid machine washing to preserve stitching and structure.

 

Use:
Place lightly over the eyes and adjust the elastic for comfort. Designed to block light softly without applying pressure.

 

Storage:
Store in the protective cotton travel bag in a cool, dry place. Keep away from sharp objects or heavy items to prevent damage.

 

Travel:
Allow the mask to breathe between uses. If it becomes creased in transit, lightly steam from a distance.
