What does it mean to be in flow?
You feel magnetic. You draw positive energy and positive people into your life and just at the right time. You know you're in flow and you know when you're not!
You have more energy, more ideas, more clarity, more confidence and you feel more open and willing to share with others.
The time I felt in flow:

In our recent women's day retreat I felt so in flow, like I was exactly where I was supposed to be in that moment in time. Living my purpose, speaking my truth and being 100% authentic.
I spoke from my heart and not my head. This has rarely happened for me before as my anxiety of public speaking usually dominates, so my heart and mind are not in coherence. I kept telling myself I was more excited than nervous, which I've done before but never quite believed it so remained in a state of anxiety. This time my nervous system was on board and so I was able to drop into my heart and everything started to flow with ease.
Another sign for me that I was in flow was the emotions I felt after. My body was tingling all over like electricity and rushing with emotions. I started to feel teary, but not with sadness, with an overwhelming sense that I was finally home, I'd found my purpose and had never felt so sure of it!
This moment and the feelings that came with it is one I never want to forget. I've had countless careers and attended countless courses, but never quite felt like I'd found my 'thing'. Yet sitting in front of a group of wonderful open women staring back at me and sharing an exercise to help with anxiety, showing my vulnerability and speaking my truth, my body told me (through these unfamiliar emotions) that I'd FOUND MY THING!
Receiving a testimonial like this from Ellie after the retreat reinforced why I need to keep showing up. Supporting others is more important to me than worrying about my fear of public speaking, so it was a beautiful reminder of my priority and why I should keep doing this work.

“Thank you for just being so incredible.
I appreciate you being so accommodating and supportive towards my anxiety.
I honestly felt like a new woman after leaving your retreat. Every aspect of it
was so healing."

How to tell if you're in flow?
Here are some questions to ask yourself to see if you're in flow :
Check in with your body, does it feel like a HELL YES?
Does what you're doing support you or others?
Does it feel effortless / easy ?
Does it feel like the universe has your back (or an external force is supporting you)?
Are coincidences and synchronicities happening?
Does it feel like you're leading from your heart?
If you answered YES to 4 or more then I'd say you're in flow! :) xxxx
